Inission Pajala has employed a new Sales Manager. His name is Fredric Grahn and for the past five years he has been working at Orbit One, first as Production Engineer and later as a Key Account Manager. Before that, he worked in production at AB Distatic.
Therefore Fredric got considerable experience of the entire labor chain, but it’s in sales, he wants to work.
– I like to meet customers but above all to make them happy. To ensure that you have what the customers demand is satisfying. That makes me ambitious and committed. It is of course also motivating to be one of the driving propellers that strengthens the organization.
Fredric saw the chance to come to a new innovative company and after having gone through the recruiting process with interviews and personality tests he made his first day at Inission on Tuesday, September 1.
What are your first impressions?
– It feels professional and there’s an open attitude between the colleagues. A good first impression.
Fredric was born and raised in Stockholm and it’s there, at Inission Triab, he will be stationed as Sales Manager with a focus on acquiring new customers and additional sales to existing customers.
Alongside job Fredric’s greatest passion is to cook and play badminton.
