From that insight, Inission Academy was founded, a long-term investment with the aim of developing skills and knowledge.
Courses
Through Inission Academy, we offer our employees courses in a number of different areas. We use both internal and external training to develop employees in leadership, project management, LEAN, purchasing, production and finance. The majority of our courses are led by our own staff. It creates credibility and the symbolic value of developing each other.
