Inission AB (“Inission”), through its wholly owned subsidiary Inission Lohja Oy, have as previously communicated on 21 January 2022 entered into an agreement to acquire 100% ownership of MLB Electronics Oy (“MLB”). Inission has today completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares.
The acquisition took place in accordance with the transaction agreement. MLB will be consolidated into Inission’s financial reporting as of February 2022.
